7 Entry Summary |
All entries
must have an entry summary filed as the final
report. The entry summary documentation is for
all merchandise entered for consumption, entered
for warehouse, or rewarehouse and entered temporarily
under bond.
The estimated duties and taxes, if any, must
be paid at the time of filing the entry summary
documentation. The legal limit to file the entry
summary is 10 business days of the date of release
of the merchandise from U. S. Customs’ custody.
However, it is the policy of PBB to file the
entry summary within 8 business days.
