PARS and INPARS
Pre Arrival Release System
· Documents are faxed to PBB prior to arrival with Customs/Carrier supplied bar code
· Customs reviews & determines release decision prior to arrival
· Carrier arrives and supplies paperwork to Customs
· Customs wands and determines release decision

AIRPARS
· Goods must arrive at an airport
· Documents are faxed to PBB prior to arrival with Customs/Carrier supplied bar code
· Customs reviews & determines release decision prior to arrival
· Carrier arrives and supplies paperwork to Customs
· Customs wands and determines release decision

ACROSS
· Canada Customs Electronic Release System
· PBB submits electronic information files to Canada Customs for release
· PBB has been a major participant in development and pilot programs of this system since its inception
· Further EDI with our clients continues to move us towards a paperless environment

L.V.S. - Low Value Shipments
Normally reserved for courier type clearances
· All goods up to $1600.00 Cdn. in value are submitted to Customs on a \"consist sheet\"
· Customs reviews consist sheets prior to arrival of aircraft
· Shipments requiring review are held upon arrival, all other goods are released for delivery

FIRST - Frequent Importer Release System
· Line release system designed for importers of low risk repetitive shipments
· Approval from Regional Customs is required
· Carrier submits FIRST bar coded form to Customs upon arrival
· Customs wands in bar code, verifies contents and releases goods immediately
