Customs Action Plan

In Fall 2001, Canada's Parliament passed Bill S-23, giving authority to CCRA, now CBSA, to implement the Customs Action Plan. PBB Global Logistics is pleased to offer a number of resources explaining the relevant changes to Canada's border systems. Customs Self-Assessment (CSA), Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) and Advance Commercial Information (ACI) are among the major new initiatives that will affect importer and exporters.

For more information on any of these issues, contact PBB Global Logistics at 1-800-924-4466 or e-mail info@pbb.com
