e-Trade documentation FAQ

Can I print my customs document when I use PBB's Customs Web Application?

Yes, by clicking on the print link and downloading the pdf version, the document can be printed at your local designated printer.

Does PBB require the cargo control number (PARS Number in Canada and PAPS Number in the U.S.) at the time that I transmit my document to PBB?

PBB can still utilize your electronic document for entry confirmation without this number. Drivers will have to be released with a paper release package and we can utilize your electronic document afterwards.

If I have shipments coming in weekly from the same supplier, can I preload and save some of the information that is contained on your Customs Web Application?

Yes, templates can be created and saved. The information which remains constant for these shipments can be preloaded into a template and a customs document can then be created from the saved document. These templates can be named for easy identification.
