PBB Receives "Outstanding Vendor of the Year" Award from Best Buy Canada
Recognized for Excellent Performance in Logistics and Supply Chain Management 

Fort Erie, Ontario June 2, 2004 - PBB Global Logistics, a leading provider of international supply chain solutions was named "2003 Display Management Outstanding Vendor of the Year," by Best Buy Canada Ltd (BBYC).
   
PBB was commended for its 98% shipment accuracy and exceeding delivery expectations by 1.5 days when handling 8,000 shipments for Best Buy each year. PBB has developed management reporting, and uses key performance indicators, which were a critical factor in their success at managing a surge of 19 new store openings in 2003. PBB currently supports over 100 existing Best Buy/Future Shop stores and has provided complete end-to-end logistics services and supply chain management for the Display Management and Field Services division of Best Buy Canada since 1996.

Best Buy Canada measures its vendors on pricing, service, experience, capabilities, infrastructure, equipment and ability to offer innovative solutions. The "Outstanding Vendor of the Year Award" was presented at Best Buy's Annual Conference. PBB also won awards for outstanding vendor performance awards in 1999, 2000 and 2001 from Future Shop, a subsidiary of Best Buy.

In addition, Best Buy Canada recognized PBB's on-site service representative, as Display Management Vendor Representative of the Year. "Having a person on-site means that each PBB branch is working directly with individual vendors to meet BBYC's evolving requirements and that the teams are getting prompt information on projects," said Claudine Castuciano, Display Purchasing Manager, Best Buy Canada.
