PBB Global Logistics Executive Appointments
Enhance Integrated Logistics Strategy

Fort Erie, Ontario –December 6, 2004 –Mike Scott, President and CEO of PBB Global Logistics, has announced the appointment of two chief officers along with three divisional presidents positions. The move –in direct response to PBB’s recent growth and its strategic expansion plans –strengthens the company’s executive management team and establishes three primary interrelated operational business units: International Logistics, North American Transportation and Customs & Trade Operations.

“ We are very excited to solidify and strengthen our senior management group to complement the recent growth of our international third-party supply chain services,”said Mr. Scott. “Ultimately, this will reinforce our focus on providing integrated logistics solutions for the benefit of our global customer base.”

Four of the five appointments involve PBB veterans currently serving as vice-presidents: John Ferguson, Guy D’Addario, Gary Vince and Mark Lidkea. The fifth, Doug Payne, joins the management team from Clarke Logistics, where he served as president prior to its acquisition by PBB earlier this year.

John Ferguson, Chief Marketing Officer, now leads all corporate sales and marketing functions including global branding, strategic marketing and business development. He has held several senior-level sales and marketing positions throughout his 17-year tenure at PBB and was responsible for spearheading the re-branding of PBB Global Logistics from Peace Bridge Brokerage. His efforts in this regard have been recognized by the Transportation Marketing & Communications Association, with 11 awards in the past four years. Mr. Ferguson is a Certified Canadian Customs Specialist.

Guy D'Addario, Chief Information Officer, joined PBB Global Logistics in 1991, and has been instrumental in developing the automated systems and software for PBB's Customs Brokerage segment. He also spearheads the ongoing development of the company’s Global Logistics Technologies systems, offering a range of web-enabled supply chain management tools to customers. As CIO he is responsible for corporate strategy as it relates to technology, with an emphasis on process improvements.

Gary Vince, President, International Logistics Operations, has more than 20 years of extensive logistics experience with several multinational logistics providers. He has diversified expertise in the areas of project cargo, air and ocean freight, warehousing and distribution, the key segments of PBB’s international logistics division. Mr. Vince is a member of several professional associations and possesses his P.Log accreditation.

Mark Lidkea, President, Customs & Trade Operations, joined PBB in 1985. He oversees strategic development and operating units of PBB’s North American Customs & Trade services. Mr. Lidkea has been an integral part of PBB’s recent expansion efforts and was instrumental in the creation of Purolator Trade Solutions –a joint venture between PBB and Purolator Courier Ltd. of which he is a member of the board of directors. He is a Licensed Professional Canadian Customs Broker and a Certified Canadian Customs Specialist.

Doug Payne, President, North American Transportation Operations, joins PBB from Clarke Logistics, where he served as president prior to its acquisition. He brings more than 20 years of executive experience in trucking and intermodal transportation. He assumes responsibility for PBB’s North American Transportation segment, which encompasses transportation management, LTL and FTL highway transportation and intermodal services across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.

“Collectively, the new group possesses considerable expertise, knowledge and experience in the logistics industry,”said Scott. “Their commitment and proven success will strengthen PBB’s ability to meet future opportunities and challenges head on.”
