the global logistics leader for its strategic
expansion, its ongoing service excellence
and its commitment to technological innovation.
“PBB is proud and honored
to be receiving this national recognition,”
says Mike Scott, President and CEO, PBB Global
Logistics. “Over the past year, PBB has committed
to enhancing our supply chain solutions by
expanding our North American network, and investing
in the development of new emerging markets
such as China and Latin America as well as
new technologies. This award is the culmination
of these efforts.”
Award winners are selected
through a comprehensive research and review
process. The companies are evaluated based
on the quality of their products and services,
employee motivation, commitment to customer
service and their ability to implement results-oriented
business strategies. Companies can requalify
for the award by demonstrating continued commitment
to their strategic plan and delivering significant
results from its implementation.
During 2001,

Cargo into its menu of logistics solutions.

multi-phase large -scale shipments, often
to remote destinations.
- New Markets: In April,
PBB led its China: Trade Mission 2001. The
PBB-led mission visited five key commercial
centers in China and helped to foster business
relationships between Chinese and North American
companies. This is part of PBB’s Access China
program that opens the door to a wide variety
of business services specializing in the
Chinese market. To facilitate its expanding
activities in China, PBB also opened up a
new office in Beijing.

and inventory management application – e-Fulfillment
solutions. A part of the e-globallogistics.comTM
