On January 11, 2006, Livingston International Income Fund acquired the assets of PBB Global Logistics Income Fund. Former PBB unitholders (those who tendered to the offer as well as those who did not tender their PBB units) automatically received LIV.UN units. PBB.UN has now been delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
