PBB Simplifies Best Buy's Supply Chain
PBB created two specialized Web sites for Best Buy that allow them to order fixtures online. The entire secure process is managed by PBB’s Global Logistics Technologies. Orders are received, and fulfilled, directly from PBB warehouses, while confirmation is sent back to the store location. Thanks to the new system, order turnaround time was exceeded by 1.5 days and shipments were delivered at a 98% accuracy rate.

PBB/Phancorp Relationship Leads to Success in China
In November 2002, PBB conducted a private trade mission to China, which has led to great things for Phancorp, a wholesaler that sources and distributes chemicals. PBB’s trade mission helped ease the burden of entering the Chinese market, allowed Phancorp’s Chinese operation to generate revenue within six months of the mission, which in turn got Phancorp placed on Profit magazine’s list of fastest growing companies.
